Service Description

This is a private 90-minute, one-on-one coaching session focused on strength development, movement quality, and intelligent progression. Each session is built around the individual and may include: • Movement and technique assessment • Strength training and coaching cues • Problem-solving around pain, limitations, or plateaus • Clear next steps based on your goals and current ability Sessions are structured but flexible. The focus is on quality work, proper execution, and long-term progress, not rushing through exercises or chasing fatigue. Sessions may be used as a standalone coaching experience or as a focused session within one of Iron Stag Fitness’ signature training systems. Every session is individualized and adjusted in real time to ensure quality, safety, and progress. Sessions are primarily in person at Iron Stag Fitness Private Gym, but may also be conducted online via FaceTime or similar platforms when needed.


Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. This policy applies to both in-person and online sessions.
