This EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) is designed to build full-body strength while improving conditioning without sacrificing movement quality. At the start of each minute, perform the prescribed exercise for up to 40 seconds, then rest for the remaining time in the minute. Loads should be challenging but repeatable, leaving 1–2 reps in reserve each minute. The goal is consistent, clean output across all movements rather than chasing fatigue. Focus on controlled tempo, stable positioning, and high-quality reps. As fatigue builds across rounds, maintain form and breathing efficiency. If reps drop off sharply or technique breaks down, reduce the load. Complete 2–3 total rounds based on your conditioning level and recovery capacity. Train with intent. Every rep earns its place.
