About

This dumbbell-only HIIT circuit is designed to drive conditioning while reinforcing strong, controlled movement under fatigue. Exercises are performed in timed intervals, rotating continuously through the circuit for multiple rounds. The focus is sustained effort, efficient transitions, and maintaining technique as intensity builds. Work intervals range from 30–45 seconds with short rest periods to elevate heart rate while keeping movements intentional and repeatable. Loads should be challenging but manageable, allowing consistent reps without sacrificing form or tempo. Prioritize smooth, controlled execution on every movement. If technique begins to break down, extend rest slightly or reduce load to maintain quality. Complete 3–5 rounds based on conditioning level, recovery, and training intent. Train with intent. Manage fatigue. Earn every rep.
